Personal training gives you hands-on coaching, real-time form correction, and a structured plan built around your goals, experience and confidence level. Every session is designed with intention: we focus on technique, strength progression, mobility, and building your confidence in the gym. You won’t just be following instructions, you’ll learn why we do certain movements, how to lift safely and effectively, and how to maximise your results.

Yes, I offer posing coaching for bikini, fitness and wellness competitors, from first-timers to experienced athletes for all natural federations and the IFBB Pro League/NPC.
Posing isn’t just about memorising movements; it’s about showcasing your physique with confidence, fluidity and presence. During posing sessions, I’ll teach you mandatory poses, transitions, how to walk, stage presentation, and how to highlight your strengths in a way that complements your physique and federation.
Posing coaching is suitable whether you’re in-season, offseason, or simply wanting to feel more polished and confident for your next show.
