I offer expert posing coaching for bikini, fitness, and wellness competitors in Canberra and online, tailored to everyone from first-timers to experienced athletes. This includes coaching for all natural federations as well as the IFBB Pro League and NPC.
Posing coaching goes beyond memorising routines—it’s about presenting your physique confidently, fluidly, and with stage presence. In each session, you’ll learn mandatory poses, smooth transitions, stage walking, presentation skills, and how to emphasise your unique strengths to meet your federation’s judging criteria.
