  • Yes. I provide expert posing coaching for bikini, fitness, and wellness competitors, both in Canberra and online. My coaching is tailored to everyone—from first-time competitors to experienced athletes—and covers natural federations as well as the IFBB Pro League and NPC.

    Posing is more than memorising routines. It’s about presenting your physique with confidence, fluidity, and stage presence. In each session, you will learn mandatory poses, smooth transitions, stage walking, presentation skills, and how to showcase your unique strengths to meet your federation’s judging criteria.
