I’m a Canberra-based personal trainer, certified nutritionist, women’s online health and fitness coach, and posing coach. I first stepped into the gym over 11 years ago, nervous and unsure of what I was doing. But I quickly fell in love with lifting, pushing myself, and seeing small changes in my body. It wasn’t just about appearance — it was about feeling strong, confident, and capable, and that’s a feeling I want every woman to experience.

For the past six years, I’ve been training specifically for bodybuilding, competing across two seasons in two federations (ICN and IFBB Pro League). In that time, I’ve learned just how transformative this process can be, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Bodybuilding has taught me the power of discipline, the importance of nutrition, and that I am capable of achieving anything I set my mind to. Now, I get to help other women achieve the same results and confidence through tailored, evidence-based coaching.

The journey hasn’t always been easy, but the focus, consistency, and dedication required have taught me more about my body and mindset than anything else ever has. That’s exactly why I created MOMENTEM, to help women build strength, gain confidence, and achieve sustainable results through training and nutrition that actually works.

I also specialise in posing coaching for women competing in bikini, fitness, and wellness divisions. I love helping women showcase their hard work with custom routines designed to highlight their strengths, improve stage presence, and feel completely confident on stage. Posing isn’t just about competition, it’s about celebrating the effort, progress, and strength you’ve built along the way.
