I’m Emily, a Canberra-based personal trainer, certified nutritionist, women’s online coach, and posing coach. I fell in love with the gym over 11 years ago, not just for how it changed my body, but for how it made me feel strong, confident, and capable. That passion is exactly what I want to share with other women.
I’ve been training specifically for bodybuilding for five years, competing across two federations (ICN & IFBB Pro League). Bodybuilding taught me the power of consistency, discipline, and smart nutrition, and now I help women achieve the same results and confidence through evidence-based, personalised coaching.
I also specialise in posing coaching for bikini, fitness, and wellness divisions. I love helping women showcase their hard work with custom routines that highlight their strengths and boost stage confidence. Posing isn’t just for competition, it’s a celebration of the effort and progress you’ve worked so hard for.
